ESI Distribution was established in 1989 by Kirk Andreasen and Brien Culver. Brien, who resides in Texas, manages the corporate office and product distribution located centrally in a historic facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Kirk, a Washington state native, conducts the sales of the company from an office on picturesque Bainbridge Island, near Seattle, Washington.
ESI has a strong 25 year history of selling consumer goods to the membership warehouse clubs, Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Wholesale. Warehouse clubs are constantly looking for new and exciting products to bring to their customers. ESI Distribution LTD will work with you to formulate the right assets, pricing and packaging to create the best presentation for the appropriate buyer.

Our full service distribution center - strategically located in Fort Worth, Texas - provides value added packaging, custom labeling, merchandise assorting, pallet driven promotions, drop shipping, electronic data interchange (EDI), and many other fulfillment services. ESI offers direct to store distribution for retailers who lack their own distribution centers. In addition, we have the ability to fill orders and ship directly to consumers.
